Dell came out and replaced my motherboard in 10 minutes flat. And all I had to do was write one email to them. No sweat! =] It was neat to get a closer look at the leaking capacitors too before he hauled the old motherboard away. Thanks, Dell!
Of course, I’m sure I would’ve much more anxious about the whole thing if I didn’t work at this great institution and had access to spare computers. Thanks, Meyer!
