Otherwise I’ll presume to be kind in trying to save you from the pain (I mean, fun) in pouring hours of your life down the drain in an endless struggle to prove to the world that you have friends. You’ll also find me at Stanford inCircle, Friendster, The Face Book, and probably a couple of others that I’ve long forgotten about. The next killer app: a mega website that allows you to connect to all of those networks with one username and profile. No more searching for the same exact friends who got suckered into profile-hopping on these multiple services! Big Brother, where are you?

i’m perfectly comfortable with the idea that i don’t have friends… it makes constant rejection easier to swallow, and the occasional anomaly an even greater joy. (=
